Pricing
1.1 Blake UK Ltd T/A Vision Plus reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability, if items ordered are not available, a full refund shall be raised.
1.2 The prices include Value Added Tax (20%), unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, solo, JCB and Visa Electron.
1.3 The carriage charge applied is based on our standard shipping rate. Should your order exceed the standard dimensions or weight thresholds, we reserve the right to contact you to advise of any additional charges prior to dispatch.
Cancellations
2.1 You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 14 days from the date you received it, provided you have not used and/or damaged the item(s).
2.2 In order to cancel your order you must call us on 0115 986 7151, notify us by email at sales@visionplus.co.uk, or in writing.
2.3 We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), provided that the item(s) has/have been returned to us in accordance with the next sentence. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of it/them and to return it/them to us, as soon as possible, in the original packaging. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage, we will not refund the cost of this return postage.
2.4 When returning goods please enclose the despatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging. Return the package to Grade UK and obtain a ‘Proof of Posting Certificate’ for your protection.
Delivery
3 We intend to deliver your items as soon as possible but in any case within 30 days of your order. If we do not deliver your goods within these times we have specified, you are entitled to ask for a full refund. If we have still not delivered the item(s) by then, we will automatically refund any money you have paid. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact us at sales@visionplus.co.uk.
Returns – faulty or wrongly described goods
4.1 Blake UK Ltd offer a 2 year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Each order we despatch will have been meticulously checked before we post it. If however you find that there are faults or damage, or we have sent an incorrect item, the rest of this term will apply.
4.3 If some or all the item are faulty or spoiled, or are incorrect, when they are delivered, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible, within 7 days. Provided the affected item(s) is/are returned to us in suitable packaging, we will offer the following options: a full refund or a replacement ( this may be subject to availability). Carriage costs incurred will be reimbursed based on UK mainland economy services.
General
5.1 Colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on resolution and screen type of your computer.
5.2 All design, text and imagery on visionplus.co.uk is the copyright of Blake UK Ltd. The site may not be altered in any way or republished without permission.
5.3 All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods Blake UK Ltd shall be governed by English law but jurisdiction can be in the country of the consumer, in all such matters.
5.4 visionplus.co.uk is operated by Blake UK Ltd T/A Vision Plus, Building 1, Ground Floor, Isaac Newton Centre, Nottingham Science & Technology Park, University Boulevard, Nottingham NG7 2RH.
5.5 These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the visionplus.co.uk website. Blake UK Ltd may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Statutory Rights
6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions are intended to reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or wrongly described goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advise Bureau.
Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 You agree and acknowledge that we own or are licensed to use all copyright database rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this web site, and to the business of Blake UK Ltd, including the software, the structure, design a layout of the web site.
7.2 You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these Terms and conditions only. You must obtain our prior written consent before you use our web site or any part of it in any other manner.
Warranties
8 We warrant the item(s) will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
i. Loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
ii. Loss or damage was not caused by any breach on our part;
iii. Loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.
9.2 We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer miss handling the item(s).
Retention of Title
Interpretation
In this clause:
“Buyer” means the person, firm or company purchasing the Goods from the Seller.
“Goods” means the goods supplied by the Seller to the Buyer under the Contract.
“Seller” (Blake UK Ltd) means the supplier of the Goods.
“Contract” means any contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale of Goods.
10.1 Reservation of Title
10.1.1 Title to the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received payment in full (in cleared funds) for:
i. the Goods; and
ii. all other sums which are or which become due to the Seller from the Buyer on any account (whether under the Contract or otherwise).
10.1.2 Until title to the Goods has passed to the Buyer, the Buyer shall:
i. hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as bailee for the Seller;
ii. store the Goods separately from all other goods held by the Buyer so that they remain readily identifiable as the Seller’s property;
iii. not remove, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging on or relating to the Goods;
iiii. maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition and keep them insured on the Seller’s behalf for their full price against all risks to the reasonable satisfaction of the Seller; and
iiiii. notify the Seller immediately if it becomes subject to an Insolvency Event.
10.2 Risk
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.
10.3 Right of Resale
10.3.1 The Buyer may resell the Goods in the ordinary course of its business before the Seller receives payment for the Goods.
10.3.2 If the Buyer resells the Goods before that time:
i. it does so as principal and not as agent of the Seller;
ii. title to the Goods shall pass from the Seller to the Buyer immediately prior to the time of resale; and
iii. the Buyer shall hold the proceeds of sale on trust for the Seller to the extent of all sums due to the Seller.
10.4 Termination and Repossession
10.4.1 The Buyer’s right to possession of the Goods shall terminate immediately if:
i. the Buyer fails to make any payment due to the Seller by the due date; or
ii. the Buyer suffers or becomes subject to an Insolvency Event.
10.4.2 On termination of the Buyer’s right to possession, the Seller may:
i. require the Buyer to deliver up all Goods in its possession which have not been resold or irrevocably incorporated into another product; and
ii. enter any premises of the Buyer or of any third party where the Goods are stored in order to recover them.
10.5 Insolvency Event
For the purposes of this clause, “Insolvency Event” means where the Buyer:
i. enters administration;
ii. has a receiver appointed;
iii. goes into liquidation (whether voluntary or compulsory);
iiii. makes a composition or arrangement with its creditors; or
iiiii. ceases, or threatens to cease, to carry on business.

11 By providing your details to Blake UK Ltd on our web site, you consent to Blake UK Ltd maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give Blake UK Ltd at the time of ordering, to process your orders, to improve our service to you and inform you of promotions, All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
12 Other than as stated in this policy, we will never wilfully disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.
Security & Privacy
Security
visionplus.co.uk requires your credit/debit card details to ensure all your orders are processed efficiently.
If you are nervous about shopping on the web, do not be. We use Stripe for the secure transfer & processing of credit card information using state-of –the-art encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Additionally, we have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is restricted internally.
Privacy
visionplus.co.uk is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information about you to process your order, we do not use these details to send you unsolicited information. We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company, other than to fulfil the delivery of your order.
When you make a purchase from Blake UK Ltd, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and credit card or debit card number.
The personal information that we hold about you will be held in accordance with our internal security policies.
Cookies
We use cookies to store details about your ‘shopping basket’ when purchasing through our online store. The cookies employed by this site do not contain any personal or sensitive data and cannot be used to identify you as an individual.
